GAS TURBINE BLADE GRINDING

McNair Engineering specialises in component recovery  to original equipment manufacturers standards and machining of new parts to required dimensions.
Blade grinding capability includes external grinding of rotors, CT & PT Discs and internal grinding of stators.

Working to clients repair schemes, McNair Engineering has the capacity to
 *   Grind blades up to 800mm outside diameter on compressor rotors, CT and PT discs.
 *   Grind stator blades (ID) on components up to 600mm bore.

Larger components can be ground with tool post grinding equipment in many instances.
