RIG SKIDDING SYSTEMS
Skidding system design, manufacture and repair. Decommissioning in particular requires reactivation of older systems which may require overhaul or replacement. Extra weight accumulated over time with the fitting of equipment on the drill floor plus extra setback may require upgraded systems.

DESIGN
Computer aided design illustrates load stress distribution in the components during operation. This has allowed our design engineers to incorporate stress relieving measures to ensure longevity and reliability in service.

MANUFACTURE
Our experienced workforce manufactures each component to the detail design drawings and exacting specifications of our rig skidding systems. Prior to assembly components are checked in accordance with our ISO 9001 quality system.

TEST
We have a selection of test beams with up to 600 tonnes capability. All skidding systems are tested to maximum working pressure x 1.5. Components are NDE checked before painting.
